introducing Dōmokase, a progression of ssäms rooted in the flavors of majordōmo and momofuku restaurants past and present. served exclusively at the chef’s counter.

this multi-course menu, curated by our very own executive chef James Bailey, is inspired by traditional japanese omakase. it highlights the flavors and ingredients that define us, from meats from our smoker to fresh & seasonal california produce.

reservations open july 7th. seatings available on tuesdays, wednesdays, and thursdays at 7pm.
