Silky Sullivan's Restaurant & Irish Pub is a popular pub and Irish restaurant located in Fountain Valley, California. Offering indoor dining as well as outdoor patio seating at Silky's South Beach, patrons can enjoy Al Fresco dining under the stars. Open daily, founders Dan Madden, Bill Madden and Rob Robertson worked for over a year to remodel the building that formerly housed the Fountain Valley Post Office into this friendly atmosphere that has become one of Orange County's favorites. Dedicated to "Silky Sullivan" (1955-1977), the greatest "come-from-behind" stretch runner in horse racing history, and all competitors in sports and life who have come from behind to finish in the winner's circle.
