Under the Sun was a raw, vegan restaurant located on East 3rd Street in downtown Long Beach. The menu consisted of entrees, smoothies, tonic drinks and desserts, including popular items such as Chocolate Persimmon Cheezecake and Lemon bars. Under the Sun was brought to the community by the same team that created Rainbow Juices. Despite its popularity, Under the Sun has permanently closed its doors.

To get to East 3rd Street in Long Beach, you can take the Metro Blue Line and get off at the 5th Street Station. From there, walk east on 5th Street until you reach East 3rd Street.
If you are driving, take the I-710 South and exit at Broadway. Turn left onto Broadway and then turn right onto Alamitos Avenue. Turn left onto East 3rd Street and continue until you reach your destination.
There is street parking available along East 3rd Street, but it can be limited during peak hours. Alternatively, there are several paid parking lots in the area for those who prefer a guaranteed spot.
