To get to Paseo de la Plaza, take the Metro Red or Purple Line and get off at Union Station. From there, walk south towards Olvera Street and turn right onto Paseo de la Plaza.
If driving, take the 101 freeway and exit on Alameda St. Turn left onto Alameda St, then right onto Cesar E Chavez Ave. Turn left onto Los Angeles St, then right onto Aliso St. Finally, turn left onto Paseo de la Plaza.
There are several parking options nearby including lot parking at Union Station or street parking along Alameda St or nearby streets.
