Disco Cakes are the fluffiest pancakes on this side of the Mississippi topped with maple-miso honey butter, lemon zest, and syrup with the option to add berry compote. Get a solo disco, a double disco, or a silent disco (aka the gluten free version— and yes, they’re just as good). 😋

Join us this Friday, June 12th for a Grand Opening shindig at Coffee Dose Encinitas! We’ll be open from 7AM-5PM at 162 S Rancho Santa Fe Rd, Encinitas, CA.
The first 100 customers will get a FREE smiley tote. ☺️
We are unbelievably excited to welcome you all into this new space and share everything we’ve been working on the past couple of years. This is our biggest and most epic location yet. Every Dose has a personality of its own, and this babe is a real class act. ✨
Our food is still prepared seed oil free, but our kitchen here is much larger allowing us to expand our menu to include a few items exclusive to this brunch club. The full menu is available at the link in bio, but we recommend trying the disco cakes, latkes, the burger, and the fried chicken sandwich with fries and house made ranch.
Gluten free options are available, and condiments/meat/dairy can be removed to make your meal dietary friendly (we have veggie friendly avocado toast and a few salads as well). And for the kiddos, we have a baby burrito, eggs toast buddy, and dino nuggies cooked in beef tallow. 😋
Here’s to hoping you enjoy all of the little details as much as we do. Oh and seriously… get the disco cakes. 🪩
