This role is for someone who can lead from the floor. Someone who cares about the details like dialing in espresso, reading the room, coaching a team in real time, and creating a space the feels elevated and calm.

• The ability to coach, redirect, and elevate a team during service
You won’t be sitting in the back office.

If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take the 130 bus line and alight at the nearest bus stop along the PCH. For those driving their own cars, there is a parking lot available near the coffee shop. Just turn right at the intersection before reaching the coffee shop and follow the signs leading to the parking lot.
