Apple and pear and a hint of white flower on the palate. Crisp acidity and slight savory umami. Half the juice ferments in French oak and half in steel so you get a little bit of that pillowy softness but it’s not smacking you in the face.

To get to E Union Street in Pasadena, you can take the Metro Gold Line and get off at the Memorial Park Station. From there, head northeast on Holly St towards Arroyo Pkwy, turn left onto Arroyo Pkwy, and then continue on S Marengo Ave. Turn right onto E Union St and you will arrive.
If you are driving to E Union Street, there is street parking available but it may be limited. There are also several parking garages nearby, including the Schoolhouse Parking Garage on E Green St and the Plaza Las Fuentes Parking Structure on N Garfield Ave. Be sure to check for any parking restrictions or fees before leaving your car.
