I came to New York on a business trip and had the honor and great pleasure of meeting with OU’s COO, Rabbi Moshe Elefant, OU’s Executive Rabbinic Coordinator, Rabbi Yaakov Luban, and OU’s Rabbinic Coordinator, Food Services, Rabbi Dov Schreier in Manhattan for one hour. They were very welcoming to me and I feel even more thankful that my catering business, Navaz Catering is under their wonderful leadership and highest standard of glatt kosher supervision.
