Our newest Signature Origin, Costa Rica Tarrazú La Lia Black Honey, comes from Luis Alberto and Oscar Adolfo Monge. These brothers were pioneers of Costa Rica’s micromill movement, and their dedication to quality and innovation continues to shape the country’s coffee story.
We chose this Black Honey lot for its vibrant, fruit-forward profile. By leaving most of the coffee’s natural mucilage intact during processing, La Lia coaxes out layers of strawberry jam, blackberry, and caramelized sweetness in an expressive, beautifully balanced cup.

To get to the coffee shop on N. Fairfax Avenue in Los Angeles, you can take the Metro Local Line 217 or 780 and get off at the Fairfax Ave/Beverly Blvd stop. From there, it's a short walk east on Beverly Blvd until you reach the cafe.
Alternatively, if you're driving, head south on Fairfax Ave and turn right onto Beverly Blvd. Look for street parking nearby or use one of the nearby paid parking lots. The coffee shop will be on the left-hand side of the street.
