Gyro night was a huge hit at customer appreciation monthly dinner at Subaru Pacific. Sliced gyro, hummus, feta cheese , Kalamata olives, cucumbers, red onion, tomatoes on warm pita bread. Served with greek salad, basmati rice and grilled vegetables. Vanilla bean ice cream and homemade baklava for dessert. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️

Bridal shower Tea Party. Specialty welcome drink followed by a plated sit-down lunch. Variety of tea sandwiches & colorful chinese chicken salad. Mini pastries, custom cake for dessert. 👰 ❤️

Beautiful celebration of life. Colorful grazing table with crudite and hummus cups. Tuna, caprese & roast beef with horseradish sandwiches. French onion dip with Fritos, charcuterie skewers, delicious donut holes, brownies, pecan tarts, lemon curd just a few of the delicious desserts. ❤️

Backstage luncheon at the Irvine Barclay Theater. Crisp green salad, cucumbers, hearts of palm, rainbow radish served with warm ciabatta rolls and roasted lemon wedge. Followed by crispy pan seared salmon, celery root and Yukon mash, roasted heirloom carrots, tarragon sauce. Mini pastries for dessert.

Always a great time hosting the men of Lido. St Patrick's Day men's club dinner. Chef Kora's famous corned beef and cabbage, colcannon, roasted vegetables, irish soda bread and festive green salad. Shamrock cookies and cheesecake for dessert. Great wine and live entertainment! ☘️

Cocktail reception for an amazing organization the Friendship Shelter. We introduced a few new menu items for this event. Celery root soup shooters, smoked black sea salt. Savory wild mushroom and veggie brioche, Caribbean style chicken skewers, stuffed dates with herbed goat cheese, pistachio nuts.

Lovely holiday event on Harbor Island. Our trio of pasta buffet menu was a hit! Short rib ravioli with mushroom ragu, farfalle, garlic parmesan sauce served with crab, shrimp & green peas . Penne, arrabbiata sauce, chiffonade of basil. Garlic bread, mixed green salad, feta and caramelized pecans. Mini lemon tarts, chocolate ganache and cheesecake bites for desserts. Great night watching the boats decked out for the holiday season. 🎄

Elegant holiday dinner party at our clients beautiful home. Hors d'oeuvres and fabulous cocktails followed by a sit-down dinner. Beef tenderloin, red wine reduction nestled on top of Yukon Gold potatoes, parsnip and carrot puree. Chrisp green beans sauteed with fennel & peppers. Followed by a delicious apple tartan, vanilla bean ice cream and raspberry sauce.
