Kim Manfredi view with a grain of sand opening night. Great new exhibit at the Laguna Art Museum. Guests were treated to a light bite of charcuterie and crudite. Always a fun evening with amazing art.

Some food highlights from last week's event at Porsche South Bay. Delicious tray past horderves- beautiful figs with blue cheese mousse, pine nuts. Perfectly seared scallops over sweet potato puree, sliced beef carpaccio, horseradish cream on a crostini with micro greens. Trout mousse on cucumber florets topped with salmon roe and so much more. Having an event we are the caterer for you!

Another amazing event at Porsche South Bay. Gourmet tray passed hors d'oeuvres, specialty cocktails/ mocktails. Delicious gelato/ice cream bar with all the trimmings. The guests enjoyed making floral arrangements while listening to music provided by the live DJ. Beautiful new cars on display & custom take home gifts for all. Super fun night with a great turnout. ❤️

Beautiful evening overlooking Emerald Bay. Roasted peaches, fresh burrata crostini's drizzled with balsamic reduction & fresh mint, ripe melon and prosciutto for starters. Followed by a delicious green salad, seared sea bass, butter caper sauce, roasted tomatoes, carrots and mini zucchini. Dessert was a delicious Peach cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream. 🌙 🍑

Dr la Torre Brothers: The Tipping Point is a maximalist, immersive art installation on view at the Laguna Art Museum through January 2027. Great opening night of cocktails hors d'oeuvres and art.

Opera Laguna 2nd Annual fundraiser and concert. We were thrilled to be asked back to cater this lovely event. Perfect sunny day to enjoy fabulous food, chilled cocktails and amazing opera singers. Topped the night off with a beautiful sunset and tray passed dessert. ❤️ ❤️

We love a great w**e pairing dinner. Chilled melon with fresh prosciutto, creamy burrata topped with fresh Beats, balsamic drizzle. Paired with chilled ch*****ne. Balsamic glazed salmon, baby squash followed by frenched chicken breast, pearl onions, sauteed carrots with a red w**e reduction. Paired with red burgundies. Friends and family gathered for a celebration of life. Beautiful backyard event in Newport Beach. Lunch buffet with a trio of gourmet sandwiches, Israeli couscous salad, fresh mint and apricot. Delicious green summer salad. Followed by a dessert station with specialty cookies and fresh panna cotta with passion fruit coulis.

Beautiful evening for a dinner party on Bay Island. Dinner: butter lettuce salad, fresh sliced pears, sharp cheddar, caramelized pecans, ch*****ne vinaigrette. Delicious sea bass, celery root puree, roasted carrots, tomatoes drizzled with a butter Caper w**e sauce. Homemade peach cobbler, vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. 🍑 ❤️
