Opera Laguna 2nd Annual fundraiser and concert. We were thrilled to be asked back to cater this lovely event. Perfect sunny day to enjoy fabulous food, chilled cocktails and amazing opera singers. Topped the night off with a beautiful sunset and tray passed dessert. ❤️ ❤️

We love a great wine pairing dinner. Chilled melon with fresh prosciutto, creamy burrata topped with fresh Beats, balsamic drizzle. Paired with chilled champagne. Balsamic glazed salmon, baby squash followed by frenched chicken breast, pearl onions, sauteed carrots with a red wine reduction. Paired with red burgundies. Port wine and chocolate mousse with berries for dessert.

Friends and family gathered for a celebration of life. Beautiful backyard event in Newport Beach. Lunch buffet with a trio of gourmet sandwiches, Israeli couscous salad, fresh mint and apricot. Delicious green summer salad. Followed by a dessert station with specialty cookies and fresh panna cotta with passion fruit coulis.

Beautiful evening for a dinner party on Bay Island. Dinner: butter lettuce salad, fresh sliced pears, sharp cheddar, caramelized pecans, champagne vinaigrette. Delicious sea bass, celery root puree, roasted carrots, tomatoes drizzled with a butter Caper wine sauce. Homemade peach cobbler, vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. 🍑 ❤️

Fresh beef and veggie burgers hot off the grill. Trio of delicious summer salads. Creamy mustard potato salad, fresh corn and cucumber salad with dill, arugula salad with all the trimmings. The large crowd enjoyed cold cocktails & live music. Gelato bar and warm cookies for dessert. ❤️

Beautiful summer day to host an event for the YMCA. Cocktails and tray passed hors d'oeuvres. Sirloin beef skewers, Harissa sauce. Butternut squash and goat cheese tartletts, smoked salmon tartar, cucumber florets. Lamb and feta meatballs. Mini pastries and YMCA cookies for desserts. We are so looking forward to the remodeled venue. ❤️ ❤️

Loving the new exhibit @ LAM. Cocktail and Appetizer reception. Beef tenderloin skewers, harissa sauce, lamb and feta meatballs, pomegranate reduction. Butternut & goat cheese tarts, crab salad crispy wonton cup, savory brooch bites. ❤️

Pizza and pasta night Pacific. Customer appreciation night it's always a huge success. We love seeing all the happy Subaru customers. Live music, open bar and buffet dinner followed by dessert. Gelato bar with fresh baked cookies and biscottis. ❤️ 🍕 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lunch: choice of frenched chicken breast or salmon, fresh veggies, green summer salad with warm rolls and creamy butter. Mini pastry trios for desserts. :-)

Another great turnout for customer appreciation third thursday @ Subaru Pacific. Taco night is a definite crowd-pleaser. Beef, chicken & veggie tacos served with creamy caesar salad, mexican rice and black beans. Churros and vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
