1988. A dream was born. Today, that dream still brings people together.
Some places serve sandwiches.
Our deli places serve memories.
Today was one of those special days as we shared lunch with Papa Tom, the man who first opened Tutor & Spunky’s Deli in 1988. Every time I sit beside him, I’m reminded that great businesses are not built on recipes alone. They are built on kindness, hard work, friendships, and serving the community one customer at a time.
Papa Tom, thank you for trusting us to carry forward the deli you created nearly four decades ago. Your legacy lives on in every fresh sandwich we make, every smile we share, and every guest who walks through our doors.
