Ron and Patricia took over Brent’s right here in Northridge in 1967. In those early days, Ron spent a year and a half without taking a day off, making every sandwich himself because he wanted every single one to be perfect.

Nearly 60 years later, you can still find him at Brent’s, with a few more people around to help with the sandwiches these days.
