Risotto asks for your full attention.
You toast the rice, stir with intention, and stop the moment it’s right—no sooner, no later.
We finish ours with roasted butternut squash, finely grated Parmigiano, and butter-basted halibut placed right on top.
It’s a dish built on patience.
Best enjoyed slowly, preferably with a glass of Pinot Grigio and nowhere else to be.
On the menu. When it’s ready.

A table favorite.
Aged sourdough country bread with whipped butter and olive oil vinaigrette.
Simple, meant to share, and usually gone faster than expected.

Two of our favorite brunch items— The Loco Moco and El Porto Breakfast. What’s the most i@port part or the Logo Moco? I’m gravy leaning but the burger has got to be great and sunny eggs is a must and the rice has to be cooked just right… Okay all of it— what do you think?

The Holiday Stroll brought the neighborhood out last night, and the Grotto was glowing.
BeachLife Oasis, cotton candy, a full deck, a live DJ, families everywhere, and nothing but good energy. To top it off RUHS cheer made a surprise performance for our guests on the sunset deck.
Thanks to everyone who came through and made the night feel like home.

The Sunset Deck will be open this Friday, and space will be limited.
Our downstairs patio and dining room will be closed after 5PM on 12/5 for a holiday event, so if you’re planning to join us, we recommend making reservations early.
See you upstairs for the views.
