We would like to address the incident that occurred at our restaurant on June 20 involving a former employee who was detained by law enforcement.
First and foremost, we want our customers, neighbors, and the Long Beach community to know that we are committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. We do not condone any behavior that endangers or harms others, and we have a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct of this nature.
Upon learning of the allegations, the employee’s employment was immediately terminated. We are fully cooperating with and assisting law enforcement in their ongoing investigation.
While this matter involves the actions of one individual, those actions do not reflect the values of our family, our business, or the dedicated employees who work hard every day to serve our community with integrity and respect.
Because this is an active investigation, we are unable to comment further on the details of the case. We ask that the legal process be allowed to proceed.
We appreciate the understanding, support, and trust that our customers and community have shown during this difficult time. Thank you for your continued support of our family-owned business.
