Our newest Signature Origin, Costa Rica Tarrazú La Lia Black Honey, comes from Luis Alberto and Oscar Adolfo Monge. These brothers were pioneers of Costa Rica’s micromill movement, and their dedication to quality and innovation continues to shape the country’s coffee story.
We chose this Black Honey lot for its vibrant, fruit-forward profile. By leaving most of the coffee’s natural mucilage intact during processing, La Lia coaxes out layers of strawberry jam, blackberry, and caramelized sweetness in an expressive, beautifully balanced cup.
Bring home a bag of this limited-release coffee, or try it expertly prepared by a barista in our cafes.

Our newest limited-release blend, Beyond Arabica, isn’t just a unique flavor profile—it’s a glimpse into coffee’s future.
Crafted entirely without Arabica, this blend combines fruit-forward Excelsa from our friends at South India Coffee Company (South India Coffee Company) with a full-bodied Canephora from Great Cherry (Great Cherry) in Vietnam. It’s a rare taste of coffee’s remarkable biodiversity.
This unique whole bean offering pairs beautifully with milk and will also be available on bar as a cappuccino or espresso in select cafes. Stop by your local cafe today.

Our latest Exceedingly Rare release, Vietnam Quang Tri 96B Excelsa Natural, invites you to experience the evolving possibilities of Vietnamese specialty coffee.
Grown by our longtime partners at 96B, this coffee showcases Excelsa — a distinct coffee species that makes up less than 1% of the world’s coffee production. While Arabica and Robusta dominate most conversations about coffee, producers like 96B are revealing the remarkable potential of Excelsa through thoughtful cultivation and meticulous processing.
A 120-hour anaerobic natural process brings out an intensely jammy profile layered with papaya, mango, and blueberry jam, finishing with a lingering stevia-like sweetness and a full body.
Order it online or try it on bar at select cafes:

As summer gives way to fall, we’re saying goodbye to a seasonal favorite: Golden Hour.
At the heart of this summer blend is a carbonic-macerated Rwanda component from Bwishaza Cooperative, home to the Kungahara Women’s Group, a community of more than 200 women farmers.
As 2026 marks the International Year of the Woman Farmer, we’re celebrating the women whose knowledge, care, and dedication help shape the coffees we love.
Savor Golden Hour while it’s here — available while supplies last.
