You can also try Kyoto-Style Espresso in our Shakerato drinks. Introducing our newest Exceedingly Rare coffee: California Frinj Yeast Washed Gesha, from the late producer Jay Ruskey of Frinj. Grown along California’s coast, this rare washed Gesha is bright, precise, and expressive. The cup features bright florals, layered citrus, stone fruit acidity, and a delicate, tea-like body.

A Note About the Late Producer —
Jay Ruskey, the founder of Frinj Coffee, pioneered California-grown coffee over the past two decades. Through experimentation and collaboration, he advanced both cultivation and processing. We had the privilege of working with him and his team over the last 10 years, and we’re honored to share one of his coffees today.

If driving, take the Pacific Coast Highway until you reach Via Lido. Turn onto Via Lido and find a parking spot along the street or in one of the nearby parking lots. The coffee shop will be on your left as you walk towards Newport Bay.
