📍 We have officially moved!
You can now find us at 1233 S Euclid St, Anaheim, CA 92802, where we are proudly sharing a space with Fresh Ocean Market. Same great people — brand-new home!

🍣 A Refreshed Menu
We’ve redesigned our offerings with a focus on premium, high-quality, and creative sushi featuring bold, unique flavors you won’t find anywhere else.

🚚 New Name, New Direction
To better reflect our shift toward takeout, delivery, and catering, we are now Fish in a Bottle Sushi Express (Due to some technical challenges our page does not currently reflect our new name.)!
But don’t worry — you’re always welcome to dine in with us at our small but cozy sushi bar.

📣 Important Announcement from Fish in a Bottle 🍣

Dear Friends, Family, and Valued Customers,

After 10 wonderful years in Cypress, today will be our last day open at our current location. We’ll be open for our usual business hours, with last call at 8:15 PM and closing around 9 PM (or when our last guest has finished dining).

We want to express our deepest gratitude for all the love, loyalty, and support you’ve shown us over the years. Serving this community has truly been an honor and a joy. ❤️

But this isn’t goodbye — it’s a new beginning!
We’re excited to share that Fish in a Bottle will be reopening soon in Anaheim, inside Fresh Ocean Market at 1233 S Euclid St.

At our new location, we’ll be focusing on a Sushi-Only concept, primarily for takeout and delivery, with limited seating available for dine-in guests.

Please stay tuned for our next update announcing the Grand Opening of our new Anaheim location. We can’t wait to welcome you back soon!

📣 A Message from Fish in a Bottle 🍣

Dear Friends and Valued Customers,

We’ve recently heard some chatter on social media about Fish in a Bottle closing down — and we want to clear the air. We are not closing.

Our plan is to move to a smaller location in the near future and explore some new and exciting sushi concepts that stay true to what you love about Fish in a Bottle, while giving us room to grow creatively.

That said, our current contract negotiations are still in progress, so for now, Fish in a Bottle will remain open as usual in our Cypress location. We’ll continue to serve you with the same passion and care until any official changes are finalized.

💛 A huge thank-you to everyone who came out this week to show your support — it truly means the world to us!

We truly appreciate your continued support, patience, and love over the years — it means everything to us. 🙏
