🍝 Uni and Spinach Pasta 🍝
Featured is our Uni (sea urchin) and Spinach Pasta — this one is made a little differently from our OG Uni Pasta. While our OG Uni Pasta is creamy and Uni-forward in flavor, the Uni and Spinach pasta uses a different type of Japanese soy sauce that produces a saltier and soy sauce forward Uni pasta flavor — a more Japanese influence flavor!
