To get to Citadel Drive in City of Industry via public transportation, take the bus line that runs along Avenue of the Stars and exit at Citadel Outlets. From there, walk south on Outlets Parkway until you reach Citadel Drive.
For those driving, take the Pomona Freeway (Highway 60) and exit at North Citrus Avenue. Turn right onto Hurley Street, then left onto Citadel Drive. Parking is available in the adjacent lot.
