Hello Speak Cheezy Friends!!!
We are beyond excited to announce we will be teaming up with & for a POP UP event this Sunday from 5-7pm!! This is going to be our “Grand Opening POP UP!” We plan on having lots of fun while making your delicious pies!
We will be donating a portion of our proceeds to Asian Americans Advancing Justice. We chose this Non Profit to support the victims of anti-Asian, misogynist violence. We have a lot of work to do, but we are determined to be loud and fight along with the AAPI community.

We would like to give a shout out to who supplies our and for our pizza 🍕. For all of you home bakers out there they have organic flours from Oregon and you can order direct. Without them our pizza would not be as good as it is.

We’re probably used to it by now. But it still humbled me that our dough is naturally leavened for 5
Days. And is the original traveling oven sourdough pizza in LA. Grains from Oregon, Utah, and Vermont some shipped from the mill direct. Our fermenting cooler is digitally controlled and calibrated with the changing weather through time and temperature. It was so hard in the beginning. Starting the company in a garage led to many sleepless nights of sitting waiting and watching. Now every single day is a good dough day. The recipe really is intuition and grace. And I am just so happy to serve you.

Thank you everyone. We’re in the clear. And am proud to say that Urban Pie after 8 years is not going anywhere. We have learned so much over the last year how to better serve you. And this pandemic has taught us so much about life and pizza. We have not only 4 ovens . But 2 more on the way. 5000 pound ovens that can produce 250 pies in one hour. And small ones for a tiny pizza party of 15. Thank you for all of your catering request. It’s so nice to see big parties starting to book again.

Urban Pie is a mobile wood fired pizza catering company located in the City Of Commerce, just a few miles away from Downtown LA.
We cater to the LA & OC County areas for various events including Weddings, Bat Mitzvahs, Music Festivals, Corporate Meetings, Production/Film Shoots, etc.
We are going to be doing 6 drive in movie theatre events between two locations in LA.
We are seeking candidates who have a strong drive to succeed and the eagerness to become an excellent asset to an evolving, well respected company 8 years strong. The ideal individual would possess a very welcoming and warm personality as well as the desire to take part in creating a memorable experience for each client. Someone who has a strong work ethic, previous on-site catering and/ or restaurant experience, and a willingness to do whatever it may take to execute the task at hand.
