Love & Salt is a new American restaurant that offers Italian-inspired cuisine with a California soul. Located on Manhattan Beach Boulevard, the restaurant's story began with Cafe Pierre, a French restaurant that closed in 2014. The owner, Sylvie Gabriele, reopened the space in 2018 as Love & Salt, and executive chef Chris Feldmeier joined soon after to craft menus that reflect Southern California's vibrant setting.
