To get to Platt Avenue in West Hills via public transport, you can take the Orange Line Bus Rapid Transit and get off at the De Soto Station. From there, you can walk west on Victory Boulevard until you reach Platt Avenue. The travel time is approximately 10-15 minutes.
If you are driving to Platt Avenue, take the 101 Freeway and exit on Valley Circle Boulevard. Turn left onto Vanowen Street, then turn right onto Platt Avenue. You'll see parking spots along the street and there is also a parking lot nearby.
