For driving/parking, take the 15 Freeway and exit Ontario Ave. Head northbound on Ontario Ave for about a mile, then turn left onto Kellogg Ave. Drive west on Kellogg Ave for less than half a mile until you reach Grand Oaks. Look for available parking spots in the shopping center's parking lot.
