Hello! Tomorrow we will be open from 8am-1pm. There will be no stecca or focaccia sandwiches due to the early closure.

This summer has been tough on our little bakery, the heat has been relentless.
Due to the extreme temperatures forecast for this coming Wednesday, which has an expected high of 98 degrees, we have made the difficult yet necessary decision to close for the day. The safety and well-being of our kitchen staff is our highest priority.
We will return Thursday at 8am but will not have sandwiches of any kind available for that day. We thank you all so much for your understanding and patience.

Hello Everyone,
As we prepare to reopen tomorrow, we wanted to share some pictures of our travels with you. So many of you stopped by on our last day to wish us a restful and fun break, and we are happy to report we succeeded at both. Thank you all for your patience, support, and kind words.

Hello everyone! Our team wanted to update you all on a couple of things.
Bad news first: we won’t have regular, ham or chocolate croissants available tomorrow 7/29.
The good news is our sheeter is being fixed today! We hope this will resolve all our production issues.
We do apologize for the inconsistency lately and thank you, Proof community, for your patience.

Pie night menu is here!!!!! In addition to these three beautiful pies we will also have a special savory hand pie with a filling of mushroom and miso. Our beverage offerings will be limited to exclude espresso but we will have drip coffee, iced and hot teas, and cold brew ☕️ Our very first pie night is this Friday July 31st from 5-8pm, come out to hang and eat some pie and bring your friends and have a good time ✨

Our croissant sheeter (seen here) has encountered a mechanical issue. Unfortunately that means we were not able to finish our croissant dough for tomorrow 7/10.
We will have pastries in store but you will not see our beloved butter, ham and chocolate croissants. Our danishes and raspberry roll will also not be available.
We have technicians working hard to fix this issue. Thank you all for your patience!

If you prefer driving, you can take the 2 Freeway and exit at Glendale Boulevard. There is free street parking available near the bakery but it could be limited during peak hours. Alternatively, there is a paid parking lot nearby as well.
