THE BADMAASH CHICKEN BIRYANI ❤️
Cooked in a huge pot that starts with every ingredient - layered - I’m talking about 14 + layers my g - chicken , rice , tomatoes, ginger - yes , an entire layer of ginger , lemon, the thinest lemon wheels you can imagine / on our goodfellas garlic game with the razor blade , so thin they pretty much disintegrate- garlic + a bunchhh of other stuff bro. Then when we close the pot - we cover the seem with raw dough / used like a cocking or cement to LOCK in alll the flavor - this is no joke - this is technique. Every grain of rice is loaded with all these flavors. It’s fire. Eat this. We serve it with a side of Jalta which is literally desi salsa. This with a side of butter chicken ?! Ok that’s it.

What people say
Indian restaurants are known for their flavorful and aromatic dishes that leave a lasting impression on your taste buds. BadmaashLA, located on W 2nd Street in Los Angeles, is no exception. This Indian gastropub has gained a reputation for serving up some of the best Indian cuisine in the city.
One of their standout dishes is the Patel Farms Goat Curry, which is sourced locally from Central Valley, California. The nose-to-tail goat is roasted on the bone with caramelized onion, plum tomato, ginger & garlic, spiced with cloves, tellicherry black pepper, black & green cardamom & Kashmiri red chili. This dish is best served with butter naan and was created with love by Chef Pawan.
If you're looking for a lunch spot, BadmaashLA now offers lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. Their Channa Masala Lunch Bowls have been a fan favorite since day one and are sure to satisfy your hunger cravings.
For those who love spicy food, the Hot Spicy Indian Sausage is a must-try dish. Made with some of the best lamb grounded in-house and roasted spices grounded in-house as well, this dish is served on top of a bed of fenugreek cream sauce and topped off with cilantro. You can enjoy it with plain naan or rice or even on its own - at BadmaashLA, the world is yours.
To make things even better, reservations are now available on Open Table for those who want to secure their spot at this popular restaurant. If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience filled with delicious Indian cuisine and friendly service, be sure to check out BadmaashLA on W 2nd Street in Los Angeles.
