The Mexi-Cali Parfait is our take on a traditional parfait using some of our favorite Mexican ingredients like toasted amaranth, agave, and cocoa nibs.
A lemony Icelandic skyr layered with toasted amaranth granola, a house-made blackberry compote, organic strawberries and blueberries, all topped with drizzles of agave & cinnamon. We think you’ll find this cool, refreshing, and perfectly pairs with your favorite drink.
