To get to Collection Boulevard in Oxnard, you can take public transportation by boarding a bus to the Oxnard Transit Center. From there, transfer to another bus that stops at The Collection at RiverPark. If driving, take the Ventura Freeway and exit onto Oxnard Blvd heading towards The Collection at RiverPark. Parking is available in the nearby parking lots.
