WE ARE BACK!!!
After a break, we were back with 2 awesome events this past weekend.
Friday we catered a wedding for some very special friends at a beautiful private venue. So happy to work with our dear friends at
On Saturday we were honored to once again cater for more than 250 friends and family at the Firehouse Family Retreat at the Pine Springs Ranch.
More than 150 # of PRIME TRI TIP AND more than 130 # of fresh grilled chicken were the star of both events! absolutely NAILED IT with the Grazing Table too!

Big changes are on the horizon!
After much reflection, we’ve decided to slow down and realign our focus. Our business has been a labor of love, but it’s time to create space for what matters most—our family. 💕
This shift isn’t goodbye; it’s a step toward balance, intention, and the life we’ve been dreaming of. As we embrace this new season, we’re excited to share more with you and bring you along on this journey of growth and connection.
To everyone who has supported us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Here’s to cherishing the little moments and building a life filled with purpose.

We are very excited to announce that will be taking over operations of our commercial kitchen on February 1st. Josh and his family have an amazing catering company and we know they will do amazing things!

Our downsizing continues....CATERING VAN FOR SALE!
We made a commitment to slow down in 2025.
Part of that commitment is limiting the number of events and weddings is doing in 2025 and beyond.
We will NO longer be doing more than 1 event per day, so we no longer need our van.
Let me make this CLEAR, we are NOT closing down or selling Pete’s Firehouse BBQ!

2024 Wedding Season is wrapped!
At the gorgeous venue completed our final wedding for 2024! It was a fantastic event for a very special couple and about 125 of their friends and family. Rave reviews for our food and service. The star was our smoked PRIME TRI-TIP hand carved for each guest.
Oh yeah, we also had 2 holiday party drop-off’s too. A very busy Saturday serving nearly 400 people!

Another very busy weekend for the team. We catered 3 weddings for some truly amazing couples at 2 beautiful venues.
We are truly blessed!!
