Sake Recommendations

For Valentine’s Weekend we wanted to provide quality sake to go along with our special menu.
1. Senshin
- Smooth and delicate with a gentle sweetness and a crisp, polished finish making it a versatile option for both pairing and sipping on its own

2. Suehiro Ken
- Dry and refined with subtle aromatic notes and umami that make it exceptionally balanced and perfect for pairing

3. Hakkaisan Yukimuro “Snow”
- Clean, crisp and silky smooth with a soft sweetness and a refreshing, snowy finish. Perfect chilled for easy drinking or alongside seafood dishes

4. Katsuyama Ken
- Dry, graceful and composed with a subtle sweetness and a sharp, pure, quietly lingering finish perfect alongside a wide range of dishes

For Valentine’s Day, our Owner/Chef Moto-San has created a 12pc sushi omakase ($115 per person), which will be available all of Valentine’s Weekend (Friday-Sunday February 13th-15th)

Served with edamame and 3pc of albacore sashimi, two 6pc courses of premium sushi, and 1pc spicy bluefin tuna handroll!
(Limited quantity, no substitutions, no sharing please)
No shellfish and gluten free options will be available.

To get to the sushi restaurant on Washington Boulevard in Culver City, there are a couple of options.

If you are taking public transportation, you can take the Metro Expo Line and get off at the Culver City Station. From there, you can walk north on Washington Boulevard for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the restaurant.

If you are driving, you can take the Venice Boulevard exit off the I-405 and head east. Turn left onto Sepulveda Boulevard, then turn right onto Washington Boulevard. The restaurant will be on your left. There is street parking available nearby as well as a parking lot across the street from the restaurant.
