✨ Celebrating 10 Years of VITA Italian Bar & Grill! 🇮🇹🥂
I had such a wonderful time attending VITA Italian Bar & Grill’s 10th Anniversary Celebration in Pomona! 🎉 It was the perfect evening filled with delicious food, elegant drinks, and a beautiful atmosphere.
We indulged in caviar, a charcuterie board, Patrón margaritas, and ch*****ne 🥂, but the pasta wheel experience was definitely a highlight! Watching the pasta tossed in a giant cheese wheel made the meal feel extra special, rich, creamy, and oh-so-indulgent. 🍝🧀
VITA truly feels like a hidden gem, combining a sophisticated yet cozy ambiance with the perfect setting for celebrations, date nights, and memorable evenings with friends. Celebrating a decade of great food, hospitality, and unforgettable experiences made this visit even more meaningful.

Ten years in, and we’re just getting started.
A decade ago, VITA opened its doors in Pomona with a farm-to-table philosophy at its heart: fresh, seasonal ingredients from growers close to home, made into Italian food worth gathering around. Ten years later, that hasn’t changed. Our menu has.

Our final cooking class of the year is here, and we're ending on a bright note: Veracruz-style branzino with tomatoes, olives, and capers. It's beginner-friendly, so no chef skills required.
