Bruce was recently in a bad accident on his way to Palm Springs, hit by a big rig, which you know it had to be to make a dent on this man. His foot will need a lot of surgery, and he will be in the hospital for the next few weeks. Please, if you can, help him out, it all adds up. He needs to make ends meet in the meantime and cover some of the expenses. Thank you!

Tomorrow is Country Brunch. Frank Fairfield is playing some old timey folk tunes while the rest of us watch him wishing we played an instrument. Try our Fried Chicken and Johnny Cakes and wash it down with a Spiked Ice Tea! You’ll forget all about your lack of musical proclivities.

Come on down to The York tomorrow, Saturday June 15th, to see perform on our Country Brunch stage. We've got booze and gravy and free live music. It is the best way to spend your Saturday afternoon. 1-3pm. Maybe bring your Dad. He'd appreciate it almost as much as that tie you got him.

To get to York Boulevard in Los Angeles, you can take the Gold Line Metro to the Highland Park Station and walk west on Marmion Way until you reach York. Alternatively, you can take bus 83 or 81 and exit at York Boulevard. If driving, take the 110 freeway and exit Avenue 52 eastbound. Turn left onto York Boulevard and find parking along the street or in a nearby lot.
