- 1 box Sweet Laurel Vegan Scone Mix
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 table spoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Kosterina Crushed Blueberry Vinegar
Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form dough into a circle about 2 inches thick. Cut into triangles or use a round cookie cutter to cut scones. Spread onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
