A year ago, we lost our home in the Palisades fire of 2025.
Not just a restaurant, but a place where our kids grew up and where so many memories were made.
After the fire, we spent a year working out of a tiny 300 sq ft ghost kitchen.
There were moments we struggled deeply and almost lost hope.
But because of everyone who continued to support us — every takeout order, every kind message, every visit — we kept going. Our kids grew alongside us and even helped us through the hardest days.
Today, we’re grateful to finally begin again in a new home.

From Palisades to Palms.
We lost a space.
But we did not lose our purpose.
Today we unlocked the door to Soan —
a new beginning built from memory, resilience, and hope.
Since 2008, our hands have prepared each dish with care.
That hasn’t changed.
We are still here.
And we are just getting started.

If driving, take the I-110 freeway and exit at 3rd St. Drive east on 3rd St, turn left onto Hill St, then right onto Temple St. Turn left onto Grand Ave, then right onto Cesar Chavez Ave and continue until you reach Monument St. Parking options include metered street parking or nearby parking garages.
