Two w**es we're really into right now. IRUAI Shasta-Cascade is a white blend from high-elevation vineyards near the Oregon border. Five grapes, cool climate, a lot of personality.
Next to it, their Psychic Terroir red from the Rogue Valley. Muscat, Syrah, Cab Franc, Grenache, Gamay. Mountain w**e that doesn't take itself too seriously but really delivers.
Both on the shelf. Both from Chad and Michelle Westbrook Hinds, who make some of the most interesting natural w**e in California. **e

Three to eight items on a board with baguette bread, sauces, and pairings. Meats, cheeses, olives, marcona almonds, mustard. You pick how big it gets. We build it.
Pair it with a glass of w**e and you've got yourself the perfect dinner. Share it only if you want to.

Thursday mornings at Provisions.
$2 off the entire coffee bar from 10am to 2pm. Iced latte, cortado, espresso tonic, matcha, the Banana Bread Latte, whatever you're into. Chapman Crafted coffee roasted a block away by the same family that runs this place.
Come work. Come study. Come sit by the window and do absolutely nothing.
Then come back at 7:30 for trivia with if you're feeling competitive.

Our shelf is ready for spooky season.
Los Conejos Malditos is a Spanish Tempranillo Carbónico from Toledo. The name means "the cursed rabbits" because the biggest threat to these old vines isn't the heat or the cold. It's rabbits. Taking out entire hectares every year. The w**e is juicy, easy, and very October.
Next to it, Los Chuchaquis. A California red from Ryan Stirm and crew with label art you could get lost in for a while. The name loosely translates to "without legs" and if you know, you know.

We're hiring!
We're looking for shopkeeps who know their way around specialty coffee, food prep, b**r and w**e service, and a POS system. Experience with Toast is a plus. If you've worked in a place where you actually care about what you're pouring and serving, you'll fit in here.
Provisions is a cafe, coffee bar, bottle shop, and w**e bar on Glassell in Old Towne Orange. We've been here since 2013. It's a good crew and a good room.

Our Monthly B**r Guide pick no. 3. Enegren Brewing's 15th Anniversary Helles Bock. 6.8%. Brewed with New Zealand Wakatu and Kohatu hops on a rich malt and l***r base. Bright citrus, tropical fruit, subtle floral.
Fifteen years of traditional brewing out of Moorpark. They were told to make more IPAs. They ignored all of it. This is a celebration in a can.
It's Thursty Thursday. $2 off coffee bar drinks 10am to 2pm, trivia with at 7:30.

Our Monthly B**r Guide pick no. 4. Pounds of Green. IPA, 6.1%. A collab between Altamont B**r Works out of Livermore and Cellarmaker Brewing out of SF. Hopped with Columbus Cryo, Nelson, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Riwaka.
Five hops. Two breweries. One very green can. If you like your IPAs loaded, this is the one Joel wanted you to know about.
Bottle shop open daily. Open late on Fridays til 10.

Our coffee bar doesn't get enough credit. Espresso, lattes, the rose latte with dried petals, matcha, all of it made with Chapman Crafted beans roasted right down the street.
Come in for coffee, stay because you realized how nice it is to sit somewhere that isn't your couch.
It's also W**e Wednesday. $10 off carafes, corkage waived. Morning coffee into afternoon w**e is a perfectly valid Wednesday.
