Opening Lake Forest while opening Anaheim at the same time was a big risk. But we’ve never been afraid to take risks when we truly believe in something.

Do we have everything figured out? No. We’re still learning every day. Never think you know everything because that’s when you stop growing.

My advice to other café owners is simple. Believe in your vision, stay humble, and take the risk. Sometimes you just have to go for it and figure things out along the way.

ANAHEIM, WE’RE BACK!

To our community, APE family, and friends, thank you. What a long year it has been. We went from our soft opening to our grand opening, and shortly after, we were shut down by the Health Department and the city.

But through resilience, patience, and a lot of hard work, we bounced back stronger. Tomorrow, we are finally ready to open our doors again.

Thank you for waiting, supporting us, and continuing to believe in APE Coffee. We love and appreciate each and every one of you.
