Dinner on the Diamond, an elevated evening at scale.
We were proud to partner with Delaware North Sportservice to deliver a full-scale culinary and service experience for nearly 600 guests at Petco Park. Curated by Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán, the menu featured flor de calabaza, tuna tartare and king crab, followed by a plated dinner of filet mignon and chile relleno, and a refined multi-station dessert experience including cocoa spiced cake, coffee flan, churros and tres leches.
From tray-passed reception through plated service, the event required coordinated culinary ex*****on, timing and service flow to deliver a seamless experience on the field.

An elevated experience for an elevated occasion.
We were honored to support United’s 'United Elevated' event with a multi‑day culinary program designed to fuel teams and welcome guests at scale. Thoughtfully crafted menus ranged from fresh breakfast spreads and all‑day hospitality to comfort‑driven crew meals and elevated buffet service.
Highlights included housemade energy bites, yogurt parfaits, Italian sandwiches and wraps for lunch, herb‑roasted chicken with mac and cheese, Asian‑inspired stir fry, and Mexican favorites like carne asada and wild mushroom tinga, finished with custom United‑branded cookies and assorted desserts.
From early mornings to late evenings, every detail was executed with care to deliver a seamless, refined guest experience throughout the event.

2. Serving World-Class Hospitality at the 2025 Ryder Cup
From concept to culinary campus, this year we delivered one of our most ambitious achievements yet as the all-inclusive hospitality partner of the 2025 Ryder Cup USA at Bethpage Black.
Our partnership with the PGA of America remains one of our most meaningful collaborations, and we are honored to help elevate some of the most iconic moments in golf.
With 1.5M square feet of built-out event space, 16 on-site kitchens, 64 chalets and suites, and hundreds of team members from across the globe, Patina Group brought true restaurant-quality dining and premium hospitality to this unforgettable event - executed at scale, and with heart.
Another extraordinary milestone from the year… and we’re not done yet!

3. A Night to Rebuild, Reconnect, and Restore at the Rose Bowl.
A powerful moment from this year was our partnership with Outstanding in the Field for a one-of-a-kind dinner at the Rose Bowl. More than 1,000 guests came together for “The Day After Tomorrow,” a family-style meal created to support communities affected by the Palisades and Eaton fires.
Patina Catering was honored to help bring the menu to life with dishes inspired by Los Angeles neighborhoods and ingredients from the farmers and chefs who shape the spirit of our city. The night united first responders, community members, and donors around a shared table and a shared purpose.
A meaningful celebration of community and a reminder of how important it is for us, as an LA-born team, to show up for the place we call home.
