The Peel Smashed Burger stacks American Wagyu, cheddar, grilled onions, bacon jam, umami aioli, lettuce, tomato, and pickles on a brioche bun, served with fries.
Big flavor, no shortcuts, and absolutely worthy of the occasion.

Our Smoked Salmon Toast layers grilled multigrain bread with smashed avocado, smoked salmon, pickled red onions, fire-roasted tomato salsa, poached cage-free eggs, arugula, watermelon radish, and lemon vinaigrette.
