Raspberry Hibiscus 🌸
Raspberry mousse with a hibiscus center and raspberry jam, set on a pink peppercorn sponge. Light, floral, and completely unexpected.
Midnight Pear 🍐
Chocolate sponge layered with chocolate mousse and pear compote, finished with a chocolate glaze and cocoa. Rich but balanced in the best way.
Brownie Crémeux Bar 🍫
Brownie with cookie crunch, milk chocolate crémeux, chocolate coating, and a light coffee ganache. This one is exactly what it sounds like… and then some.
Cocoa Tiramisu ☕
Espresso-soaked sponge with mascarpone cream, set on a chocolate sablé base and finished with cocoa. A reimagined classic that holds its own.
