You've had Chinese food. You've had Indian food. But have you had BOTH at once? πŸ€” Indo-Chinese cuisine was born in the Hakka Chinese community of Kolkata, India β€” where Chinese cooking techniques met Indian spices and the result was something entirely its own. Wok-fired heat. Chili-forward sauces. The aromatics of Indian cooking. All in one bite. That's what Inchin's Bamboo Garden is built on. www.bamboo-gardens.com/menu
