Pineapple Upside Down Cake 🍍 - Brown butter cake with a rich coconut caramel sauce and a fresh cherry compote (ice cream not included)

Basque-Style Cheesecake 🧀 - The classic “burnt” style cheesecake with a passion fruit curd and fresh berries
