What more can we say! My personal favorite since childhood, and also the Kids Favorite Choice on our menu.

Growing up outside of Boston, you could grab one of these classic beef empanadillas at the corner store Bodega. Better yet, my grandmother would have the best I ever tasted waiting to be devoured. She never hesitated to get some frying on the stove or send some home with the Familia!

What a memory!!! So at this moment..I need everyone to order..so we can raise an "empanada", truly a "pastelillo".. to toast to my Abuela Alicia's Legacy!

To get to Sierra Highway in Santa Clarita, you can take the Metrolink Antelope Valley Line and get off at the Via Princessa Station. From there, you can walk south on Sierra Highway for about 10 minutes to reach your destination.
