This weekend I had the opportunity to teach a hands-on charcuterie class, and seeing everyone create their own boards, learn a few of my favorite tips & tricks, and just have FUN doing it was seriously the best. 🤍
There’s something so special about taking what we do every day at BonAppéCheese and getting to actually teach it — and this group made it such a good time!

Yesterday we had the opportunity to create these grazing boards for Pups Without Borders, and this is the kind of “after” photo we LOVE to see. 🤍
Getting to use what we do to be part of events supporting a great cause makes it that much more special. 🐾✨ And judging by what was left… I think it’s safe to say the boards were a hit. 😂

I’m so excited to be hosting an in person charcuterie workshop at San Fernando Coffee Company! If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to build a beautiful charcuterie board, this is your chance. I’ll walk you through it step by step, and you’ll leave with a board you created yourself!
✨ Two class times are available:
🧀 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
🧀 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Your ticket includes:

🧀 A 12-inch eco-friendly palm leaf tray to create your board on
