BIG NEWS FROM SCHATZI’S BAKERY & CAFÉ!

You guys know, what started as a little family dream has officially turned into a full Schatzi’s movement… and honestly, we are beyond grateful for every single one of you helping us grow this fast.

And now the craziest part:
ALL OF THIS only started on December 26 of last year.

In just a very short period of time, our little Bakery & Café concept turned into multiple weekly pop-ups, farmers markets, thousands and thousands of pudding lovers, nonstop sold out days 😲, and now even new locations and projects we never imagined would happen this quickly.

People drive from all over Los Angeles, OC, Nevada and even northern California just for our famous banana pudding, handmade pastries, cookies, pretzels & Weekend Bread, Espresso based coffees, and cozy bakery vibes, and now you can find us in more places than ever before!

YES! Our new Brick & Mortar shop in Simi Valley in the Simi Towncenter Alley between COK and Red Robin is officially becoming our new baby. Nici and I will personally will run the store together and let’s just say… the energy of this place is going to feel very different the second you walk through the doors. We’ve quietly been building an incredible little team behind the scenes, and some of the ideas coming together right now honestly feel too fun to reveal yet. There are details hidden all over this project that people are NOT going to expect… and we kind of love keeping everyone guessing for now 😃

What we can say is this:
it won’t feel like just another bakery. It‘s gonna be a vibe!

We seriously cannot thank you enough for supporting our small family business. Get ready for our ONE DAY ONLY Apricot Pudding, flaky handmade apricot croissants, rich apricot cake bars, and our famous German-style beignets filled with sweet apricot marmalade plus more delicious surprises throughout the day.

Still not over the season finale of Shrinking 🤯💕🎉

We had the absolute honor of hosting the legendary Harrison Ford as he celebrated his birthday right here in front of 🎂

For the show, our cozy little spot was transformed into the iconic “Fudgy Mondays” ice cream store 🍦—and seeing it come to life both inside and outside was truly surreal.

One of the standout moments of the finale? That powerful scene between Jason Segel and his on-screen daughter… unforgettable.

Huge thank you to Warner Bros. Television and Apple TV+ for choosing our space to be part of such a special episode. We couldn’t be more proud 💕
