Hibiscus Chili Punch was a true passion project.

Inspired by an aguachile our head of innovation enjoyed one night at (and hasn’t stopped thinking about since).

It took dozens of iterations to get the balance right. Juicy and tart, with a complex bite. We use pure hibiscus for a beautiful pink color and juicy, sweet-tart flavor. Paired with key lime for a round citrus layer.

We chose to use jalapeno because we didn’t just want heat — we wanted flavor. Jalapeno adds some wonderful vegetal notes to the mix. And black pepper gives it a hint of floralness.

It’s bright, refreshing, and beautiful. We want to eat it on its own, or topped with tequila or mezcal or bubbly.

DARKEST CHOCOLATE. Took us five years to perfect it. Then we had to start over because we added so much cocoa, we couldn’t legally call it ice cream. Now it’s *just* under the limit, with 3 times more cocoa than most other chocolate ice creams out there.

CONFETTI BROWNIE BATTER. We wanted this ice cream to be as deep and rich as possible, so we layered two different cocoa powders: our classic brown Fair Trade cocoa, and black cocoa for a super smooth, fudgy quality.

MILKIEST CHOCOLATE. A great milk chocolate is milk first, and so is this ice cream. Our R&D team once spent the better part of a year reformulating our recipe to increase the amount of milk to make it even better — lush and creamy, like a fine Swiss bar.

BLACKOUT CHOCOLATE CAKE. We call it a study in chocolate because it explores the ingredient so deeply. Four layers: darkest chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake crumbles, semisweet chips, and bittersweet fudge.

OPAQUE. Like Confetti Brownie Batter, this one combines black and brown cocoas — but with a higher percentage of black cocoa for an ultra-dark color and rich, intense (in a good way) chocolate flavor. With hidden swirls of espresso fudge and cherry balsamic jam.

If you are using public transport, the nearest bus stop to the ice cream shop is located on N. Beverly Drive and Wilshire Blvd. From there, you can walk north along N. Beverly Drive and look out for the shop.

If driving is your preferred means of transportation, take the Wilshire Blvd exit from 405 freeway and head east towards downtown Beverly Hills until you reach N. Beverly Drive. Look out for parking spots along the road or park in any of the nearby parking garages.
