Ubuntu Café is a cozy coffee shop and restaurant located on Nieto Avenue, priding themselves as the "Greatest Neighborhood Cafe." With a sunny patio for dining and hummingbirds fluttering around, this café's atmosphere is perfect for weekend brunches or casual lunches with friends. Ubuntu Café offers an all-day menu serving breakfast, lunch items, amazing lemonade, and delicious coffee blends. They do not accept reservations for their brunch but have an excellent team to assist you in getting that table. To get to Nieto Avenue in Long Beach, if coming from downtown LA, take the 710 freeway south towards Long Beach. Merge onto the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) heading east and continue for approximately 4 miles. Turn right onto Nieto Avenue and the coffee shop/restaurant will be located on your left.
For public transport options, take the Metro Blue Line and get off at the 5th St Station in Long Beach. From there, switch to bus line 151 towards Seal Beach and get off at the intersection of PCH and Nieto Ave. The café is a short walk from there.
For driving/parking options, there is street parking available on Nieto Ave as well as neighboring streets. Paid parking lots are also located nearby for convenience.
