Soooo.... the Cinnamon Crunch Knots from Tieghan of are scrumpdiddlyumptious!!! AND I even messed up the recipe (3½ cups of flour instead of 2½), used vegan butter (not a mess up), and did the crunch topping differently. We can't get enough of them over here 😋

To get to Quincy Avenue in Long Beach, the easiest option by public transport would be to take the Metro Blue Line and get off at the Pacific Coast Highway Station. From there, you can take the Long Beach Transit bus 173 towards Long Beach Marketplace and get off at the intersection of Quincy Avenue and East Spring Street. The dessert shop and food stand/restaurant are just a short walk away.

If driving, you can take the 405 freeway and exit at Cherry Avenue heading south towards East Spring Street. Turn left on East Spring Street and then right on Quincy Avenue. There is limited street parking available near the dessert shop and food stand/restaurant.
