INCOMING ALERT!! If you had been wondering what we are brewing up for you this holiday season~ hold on to your seagulls. THE STICKY TOFFEE LATTE & MISO HOJICHA LATTE are dropping this Friday 9th at the Unincorporate Cafes!
The Toffee latte is made with brown sugar, molasses, maple
syrup, and date molasses & topped with pink Himalayan salt. The Miso Hojicha Latte has a brown sugar miso syrup and hojicha is roasted matcha that carries nutty, toasty flavors.
On the pastry case you might have noticed we have two new members: The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin & Apple Cream Cheese Danish. These holiday features are flying off the shelf so you can always preorder online to secure one before you come in.

We have an update on coffee pricing. Everything stays at the old price through Thursday, October 8– stock up if you want. Six 12 oz and two 5 lb bags per person so there’s some left for everybody.

We like our drinks shaken- not stirred. This ensures a drink with be thoroughly mixed, cold and frothy.
We have our Strawberry splash zone for just a little longer before it’s out along with the summer! Make sure to come give it a try and enjoy the compilation of baristas shaking it in the meantime!

To bring a decadent latte together, the espresso has to be pulled right, the milk must be frothed well and a little patience and care need to be present for the barista to make beautiful art out of the crema and milk.

Ureña Rojas is back!
A family dedicated to growing high quality coffee and with deep roots in the are of their finca (farm).
Two of the siblings of the family came to visit us at Altadena for a cupping. They talked about the process of farming, milling and grading the coffee. Also educating us on how different conditions of each side of the mountain affect the flavor of the beans. The honey process helps create a consistent result.
Come grab a bag from us or in a pour over, we are excited to hear your thoughts.

To get to the coffee shop in Colorado Boulevard, you can take the Metro Gold Line and get off at the Memorial Park Station. From there, walk east on Holly Street towards Fair Oaks Avenue. Turn right on Fair Oaks Avenue and continue walking until you reach Colorado Boulevard. Once you reach Colorado Boulevard, turn left and walk for a few minutes until you reach your destination.
If you're driving, take the 210 Freeway and exit at Fair Oaks Avenue. Turn south on Fair Oaks Avenue and continue driving until you reach Colorado Boulevard. Turn right on Colorado Boulevard and look for parking nearby.
