To get to Alicia Pkwy #E in Laguna Hills by public transport, take the bus that stops nearest to the intersection of Alicia Pkwy and Paseo De Valencia. From there, you can walk eastwards for about 10 minutes until you reach your destination.
If you are driving, you can access Alicia Pkwy from either the 5 or 405 freeways. From the 5 freeway, take exit #91 towards El Toro Rd and head eastbound. Turn right onto Moulton Pkwy and then left onto Alicia Pkwy. From the 405 freeway, take exit #1 towards Irvine Center Drive and follow signs for Laguna Hills. Turn right onto Paseo de Valencia and then left onto Alicia Parkway.
Parking is available in a lot just beside the sandwich shop on Alicia Parkway, as well as on nearby streets.
