Innovation Brew Works is a café and brewery situated just outside the Cal Poly Pomona campus at the Center for Training, Technology, and Incubation (CTTI) in Innovation Village. Open to the public, it serves as a unique educational environment where students can engage in hands-on learning regarding brewing and brewpub operations, aligning with Cal Poly Pomona's learn-by-doing philosophy. The brewery's tagline, "Crafting an Education," reflects its commitment to fostering practical experiences in the field.
Innovation Brew Works offers a selection of craft beers, each named after notable figures from both the university and the city of Pomona. All beers are brewed using locally sourced ingredients, including barley grown at Spadra Ranch and oranges harvested on campus. In line with sustainable practices, spent grains from the brewing process are repurposed as feed for cows at Cal Poly Pomona.

**Travel Directions to W Temple Avenue, Pomona**
**By Public Transport:**
1. **Train:** Take the Metrolink train to Pomona station. From there, exit the station and head east on E Holt Ave.
2. **Bus:** Catch the Foothill Transit Bus Line 197 or 280 from the Pomona station towards your destination. Get off at the nearest stop on W Temple Avenue.
3. **Walking:** If you prefer walking, it’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the Pomona station to W Temple Avenue.
**By Car:**
1. **From Los Angeles:** Take I-10 E toward San Bernardino. Exit at 39B for Towne Ave and turn left onto Towne Ave. Continue straight until you reach W Temple Avenue.
2. **From Ontario:** Head south on I-15 S, then take I-10 W toward Los Angeles. Exit at 39B for Towne Ave and turn right onto Towne Ave, continuing until you reach W Temple Avenue.
**Parking:**
There is street parking available along W Temple Avenue as well as nearby public parking lots. Be sure to check for any parking restrictions or fees that may apply during your visit.
