I would like to personally introduce you to China Moon’s brand new chili oil + sauce line.
This chili oil is made in small batches, just the way my family has done it for over 50 years. Passed down through three generations, it’s a recipe rooted in home cooking, shared tables, and the belief that good food should be bold, honest, and full of heart.
It’s spicy, sweet, savory, deeply umami, and packed with a satisfying crunch. We make it here, serve it here, and now we’re happy to send you home with a jar to enjoy at your own table. Pick up a jar with your server or cashier or order it online while placing your take out order.

We are proud to announce that we will be open the next two following Tuesdays due to two major holidays and celebrations landing on our usual day off. We will be closed on 12/25 for Christmas Day and the following year on Thursday 1/02.

This year for Father’s Day, we’re making it extra special by introducing a full rack of J’s Spareribs and pairing it with spicy mustard, guacamole taquero and Hainanese chili sauce. We also have some of Chef James homemade pickled red onions and our famous Jackson’s cucumber salad. Limited orders and only available today!

To get to the restaurant on Town Center Drive in Laguna Niguel, there are a few options for transportation. If you prefer public transport, you can take bus number 85 or 87 to the nearest stop and walk a short distance to the restaurant.
If driving, from the I-5 freeway, take exit 85 for Crown Valley Parkway and turn onto Cabot Road. Turn left onto Town Center Drive and follow it until you reach your destination. There is ample parking available in the shopping center where the restaurant is located.
