LUMPIA MANIA EXPANSION CAPITAL REQUEST

Hi Friends!

Hope you're all doing well. Just wanted to share with you that we are looking to raise capital for a second Lumpia Mania location in Monrovia, CA. If you or anyone you know would like to partner with us, please send me your email and I will email you the details. We are looking for about $75k to open our second Lumpia Mania spot, a very low amount for a restaurant opening because the place is already in great shape and we will not need that much equipment. Had the honored pleasure of meeting LordMaynard Llera today, the man behind Kuya Lord Restaurant, and this year's Best Chef in CA, James Beard Award Winner. And he's right in our backyard on Melrose Blvd near Western. Shared the Lechon Kawali, Tocino, and the Pancit Chami with Martha. We enjoyed the great food, the quaint place, and the pleasant conversation with Kuya Lord. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!
